On the menu of the Chamanna Segantini the guest will primarly find local specialities, cooked whenever possible with fresh products from the valley. So for exemple Rosmarie from Samedan regulary supplies her chives, pot herbs and on July her rhubarb directly from her garden. 

Absolutly to degust the organic cheese from engadin milk, home made barley soup, fresh birchermüesli, fruit tarts, nut croissants aswell house's chocolate pie directly from the lodge oven , all of this follows by a gorgeous panorama over the Engadin Valley. Enjoy it!
